Co-Host Policy
The Egy Stay platform allows hosts to appoint a Co-Host to assist in managing and operating a listed property, subject to the following terms and conditions:
-
The host may authorize another individual to act as a Co-Host to manage and handle the property on the host’s behalf.
-
The Co-Host’s authority is limited strictly to administrative and operational tasks, including but not limited to:
-
Communicating with guests before, during, and after the stay.
-
Coordinating check-in and check-out arrangements.
-
Supervising cleaning and routine maintenance of the property.
-
-
Under no circumstances is the Co-Host permitted to conduct financial transactions, collect funds, or receive any cash or electronic payments from guests, whether directly or indirectly.
-
All financial transactions, including pricing, payment collection, refunds, and payout transfers, remain exclusively under the original host’s account through the Egy Stay platform.
-
The original host bears full legal responsibility for all actions and conduct of the Co-Host. Any action taken by the Co-Host shall be deemed as taken by the host.
-
The host is responsible for ensuring that the Co-Host complies with all platform terms and conditions, privacy policies, and approved operational guidelines.
-
Egy Stay reserves the right to suspend or revoke Co-Host privileges if any violation of platform policies is identified, without incurring any liability.
-
The appointment of a Co-Host does not create any direct contractual or financial relationship between the Co-Host and Egy Stay. The contractual relationship remains solely with the original host.
