4. Host and Guest Reviews

  • Guests may review hosts and properties after checkout.

  • Hosts may review guests regarding conduct, cleanliness, and rule compliance.

  • These reviews help improve service quality and identify trusted users.


5. Use of Reviews on the Platform

  • Reviews are displayed publicly on listing pages.

  • Egy Stay reserves the right to rank, highlight, or hide reviews based on quality standards.

  • Reviews may be used for performance improvement, dispute resolution, or internal decision-making.


6. Review Moderation

  • Egy Stay may review all reviews prior to publication.

  • Objective reviews will not be altered, but reviews may be rejected or removed if they:

    • Contain offensive content.

    • Are proven to be fake or fraudulent.

    • Violate platform terms or local laws.

  • Users will be notified if their review is rejected.


7. Fake or Manipulated Reviews

  • Buying, exchanging, or fabricating reviews is strictly prohibited.

  • If manipulation is detected, the platform may:

    • Suspend or terminate the involved account.

  • Hosts and guests may respond to reviews in a respectful and professional manner.

10. General Provisions

  • All reviews are considered part of Egy Stay content and may be used for marketing or quality improvement.

  • The platform is not legally responsible for user-generated review content.

  • This policy is governed by Egyptian law, with Cairo courts having jurisdiction.
