    • Host: The person or entity that owns or manages a property unit and lists it for rent through the platform.
    • Tenant: The person who books or rents a property unit listed on the platform.
    • Property Unit: Any property offered for rent, including apartments, villas, studios, or other types of units.
    • Rental Period: The period agreed upon between the host and the tenant (daily, weekly, or monthly).
  2. Acceptance of Terms
    By using the “Egy Stay” website or any of its services, you acknowledge and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
    If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must immediately stop using the website.
  3. Scope of Services
    • “Egy Stay” provides an online platform that connects hosts and tenants to facilitate booking and rental transactions.
    • The website is not a direct party to the rental agreement between the host and the tenant. Its role is limited to technical intermediation, facilitating communication, and secure payment processing.
    • “Egy Stay” shall not be held responsible for listing content or the accuracy of information provided by hosts.
  4. Registration and Accounts
    • Users must create a personal account and provide accurate and complete information.
    • Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and must not share them with any other party.
    • The website administration has the right to suspend or delete any account if unlawful activity or a violation of these terms is suspected.
  5. Listing of Advertisements
    • The host must provide accurate information and genuine images of the listed property unit.
    • It is prohibited to publish any content that violates the law, public morals, or intellectual property rights.
    • “Egy Stay” has the right to review, edit, or remove any listing without prior notice if it is found to be in violation of these terms or misleading.
  6. Booking and Payment
    • Bookings are made through the secure payment system approved on the website.
    • The agreed amount is collected from the tenant and transferred to the host after the start of the rental period in accordance with the payment policy.
    • The website retains a commission percentage from each booking transaction in exchange for technical and administrative services.
  7. Cancellation and Refunds
    • The tenant may cancel a booking in accordance with the cancellation policy stated on each property page.
    • Refund conditions vary depending on the cancellation date and the type of booking.
    • In the event of a dispute, the case will be reviewed by the support team and a fair decision will be made for both parties.
  8. Responsibilities and Obligations
    • The host is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the property unit and for providing the agreed services.
    • The tenant is responsible for using the property safely and not causing any damage.
    • “Egy Stay” shall not be liable for any damages resulting from misuse of the property or from any side agreements between the parties.
    • In the event of damage or a breach of these terms, the website has the right to block the user or impose penalties.
  9. Ratings and Reviews Policy
    • The tenant has the right to rate their experience after the end of the stay.
    • Reviews must be objective and free from abuse, defamation, or offensive content.
    • The website administration has the right to remove any inappropriate or fake review.
  10. Privacy Policy
    • “Egy Stay” is committed to protecting users’ data and not sharing it with external parties without consent.
    • Data is used only to improve the service and ensure a safe user experience.
    • All payment transactions are protected in accordance with international security standards.
  11. Intellectual Property Rights
    • All design rights, trademarks, and textual and visual content are owned by “Egy Stay.”
