1. Introduction
   Egy Stay believes that its community is built on respect, transparency, and equality among all users, whether they are hosts, tenants, or visitors.
   This policy is intended to establish an ethical and behavioral framework that ensures a safe, inclusive, and abuse-free environment, in line with Egyptian law and international standards.

8. Expected User Conduct
   All users of the platform are expected to adhere to the following behaviors:
   • Treat others with respect and courtesy in all communications or meetings.
   • Avoid using aggressive, offensive, or racist language.
   • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of properties during the stay.
   • Comply with all local laws while using or renting properties.
   • Use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.
   • Respect the privacy of others and do not share their information or images without permission.
9. Permitted and Prohibited Content
   A. Permitted Content:
   • Real and accurate photos and information about properties.
   • Honest reviews free from insult or defamation.
   • Objective ratings based on actual experience.

B. Prohibited Content:
• Any pornographic, offensive, violent, or hateful content.
• Posts involving discrimination or contempt based on race, religion, gender, nationality, marital status, disability, or personal orientation.
• Misleading or fraudulent content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• External links or advertisements unrelated to the service.
• Photos or videos showing individuals without their explicit consent.

• The platform reserves the right to remove any violating content immediately without prior notice and to take appropriate action against the user.

1. Non-Discrimination
   Egy Stay is fully committed to the principle of equality and non-discrimination. All users are prohibited from:
   • Rejecting or favoring any user based on race, color, origin, religion, gender, age, disability, marital status, nationality, or political affiliation.
   • Using language, images, or behaviors that imply discrimination or contempt.
   • Setting special conditions, prices, or treatment based on a user’s identity or personal background.

Any conduct involving direct or indirect discrimination shall be considered a serious violation and may result in immediate penalties, including account suspension or permanent banning.

1. Privacy and Personal Respect
   • The privacy of others must be respected both inside and outside the property.
   • The use of cameras or surveillance devices in accommodation spaces is prohibited without explicit and prior notice.
   • Users may not collect or store personal data about other users for any unauthorized purpose.
   • Any attempt to invade privacy, spy, or harass others shall be considered a legal violation punishable under Egyptian law.
2. Safety and Harmful Content
   • The platform may not be used for any unlawful or harmful activity, such as fraud, threats, or incitement to violence.
   • Uploading or publishing files containing viruses or malicious software is prohibited.

3. Penalties and Enforcement
   If the Community Standards are violated, Egy Stay reserves the right to take any of the following actions:

   • Egy Stay reviews content and reports promptly and impartially.
   • The platform is committed to providing a safe environment and balanced moderation without undermining legitimate freedom of expression.
   • The platform reserves the right to amend or update these standards in line with legal and social developments.
9. General Provisions
   • Continued use of the platform constitutes acknowledgment of and full commitment to these Community Standards.
   • This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by Egyptian law.
   • The courts of Cairo shall have jurisdiction over any legal dispute relating to its application.
